1) When you do laundry, you now have to check the shoulders for spit up stains. Pre-treat aggressively is all I'm sayin'.
2) Do NOT under any circumstances put lotion on baby acne! They scream, you cry. It's 12 kinds of awful.
3) That adage about "sleeping when the baby sleeps" does not consider the fact that adults need to eat, and do laundry, and occasionally get work done.
This is just the beginning.
